We understand how tough it is when product fails to operate or simply doesn’t meet your expectations. Please consult with our Technical Support to troubleshoot your problem before submitting RMA. RMA Service is available only to our authorized distributors & dealers.

If you are an installer or a consumer, please contact your supplier to receive a RMA service.

RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Request

Please make sure to fill-out all required (*) fields before submitting the request.
RMA INSTRUCTION
1. All returned merchandise must have a serial number. Please confirm that both serial numbers on the unit and the retail box match..
2. All returns will be processed when the proper forms are completed.
3. All Packages must have a RMA #. Merchandise returned without RMA # shall be refused by our RMA Dept.
4. Any returned product by improper installation, acts of nature, accident, cutting cables or any modifications to your camera will not covered by AVYCON warranty.
